Turns out I needed new wheels and a new spiked wheel to drive the door lift. The result was much more expensive than I had been expecting. I was a bit disappointed that the workers did not advise me of the cost before proceeding with the work. Although, I probably would have had them go ahead anyway.

I needed my garage door replaced. I was not able to be at the home when they came to measure. They were able to measure without me being there. They returned the following week and replaced the door, added a new opener and cleaned up the mess. They were very careful to pick screws or nails that may puncture my care tires by using a powerful magnet in the garage and the driveway. I was very happy and impressed by their work and will use them again should the need arise.
