We got estimates from 5 companies. Bill us the only one who knew how to handle the copper inserts and the only one to identify the different woods. An absolutely trustworthy company, we gave him access to the house while we were out of state, and returned to a beautiful new floor.

They work very hard, are very knowledgeable, stay until the job is finished, and always asked if there was anything else they could do. When they were finished, the floor was immaculate, there was no mess because of their neatness. They were extremely polite and always answered our questions and/or concerns.

Heritage wood worked with me on my specific ideas & circumstances. They returned several times during the day to make sure enough hours had passed before applying the next coat. They were on time, friendly, cleaned up work site & were quite reasonable. Iâ ve used them twice already & have been quite happy:)

They came out quickly to give an estimate, showed up on schedule and finished on time for price quoted. Work was professional and very satisfied with their dust mitigation.

Be aware they needed to hook up power off your fuse box so if you have anything stored there,clear it out.
