We got estimates from 5 companies. Bill us the only one who knew how to handle the copper inserts and the only one to identify the different woods. An absolutely trustworthy company, we gave him access to the house while we were out of state, and returned to a beautiful new floor.

They work very hard, are very knowledgeable, stay until the job is finished, and always asked if there was anything else they could do. When they were finished, the floor was immaculate, there was no mess because of their neatness. They were extremely polite and always answered our questions and/or concerns.
