I did a wash the night before and It worked fine except for the softner despener. The washer did not depense liquid. The tech serviced the washer and then the door lock failed to work.
The lock never failed until the machine was serviced. Fixing the door lock does not mean the machine would be fixed, said the tech. The process would cost at least 1/2 the cost of a new washer.
I went to the store and explained the situation. They refused to take one penny off, if I bought a new washer.
Poor service and poor customer relations.

They are really good. The door is working just fine. Their price is reasonable.

They were very professional. Brought in the new unit. Carted out the old unit. The delivery and install went perfectly.
They switched the working dryer so that it was in a better location for use. Simple thing to do, but I did not have the strength to do it myself. I've bought a few other things from Franks. But what I like is their service if you do need something fixed.

I called FRANKS to replace a motor in a dryer in one of my rental properties. They were prompt, friendly and very professional in getting the problem repaired and the dryer up and running. I've used FRANKS APPLIANCE for many years for all of my appliance purchases and repairs on both my personal property and rental property. They have always been very fair and professional to deal with.

I have purchased over a dozen appliances over the past 20+ years from Frank's Appliance Center in Bradley, IL. I have not found anywhere that offers better prices and service. It is a family-owned business that goes above and beyond all the competitors, especially your "big box" stores. Both the sales and service employees are very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. They will take all the time you need to make a decision or to answer your questions. I can't recommend them enough! (I am not related to or connected with Frank's Appliance Center in any way.)
