It went horrible. Granted we brought the car in a couldnt pay right away and both parties had worked out a plan but once things were supposed to get started we never recieved answers. The lack of communication was incredible. We were constatntly getting the run around. One day it was they knew what was wrong and hada diagnosis and the next it was no one had a clue. At one point a tech had personal issues-which is understandable-but when we looked for answers no one could tell us anything. Its like they didint share information with one another. We waited a grand total of 3 weeeks for the car to get fixed. Thats not including the month it sat there becasue of financial issues. We even had to rent a car for a week because we were losing time at work and its winter and theres only so many places you can walk and ride the bus. They wouldnt compensate us for the rental. They charged us 400 for labor adn over 500 for parts. There was a 4% credit card charge on top of there already inflated fees. It turns out it was a simple fix and they were either overlooking it or milking out the charges to get more money but thats just my opinion. I do not recommend having your car fixed here. A waste of time, money, and energy. Unprofessional and horrible!
