"Mr. W, It is policy for Anytime Roof Repair to always obtain verbal or written permission to move forward on any change orders. Occasionally items are found that were not visible upon the initial inspection that require more work. We are unaware of any damaged property and the shingles that were delivered were the correct color, wrong manufacturer. These shingles were returned and replaced by the correct ones the same day. If there is an issue with your invoice or you are having trouble paying the final balance, we ask that you call us so that we may work out arrangements with you to get the final balance paid in full. 815 954 4436."

"[Consumer name withheld at their request] when I was at your house I performed a complete inspection of your roof and found many items that needed to be corrected due to the poor installation by your previous roofer. I went over all items that needed to be completed and you opted out of about half of them. The leaks occurring on your roof are all from the items that you chose not to have completed. The clothes line was also not on your property, so when the fence was installed, it was still outside your property. The clothes line did not look like it was being used, so this did not seem like an issue. As soon as you let me know the clothes line was being used, I went out, dug it up and moved it inside your yard at absolutely no cost to you. We do appreciate your business and if you should have any problems with the repairs that I completed, I would be more than happy to take another look at them."
