BLAIN'S FARM & FLEET

Description of Work: I had 4 new tires put on and alignment done.They were short handed that Sunday so the service manager himself (Fred) did the work, quickly and efficiently. He also did a free systems check. I was impressed with him and his work. He's obviously a very skilled mechanic. The auto desk sales manager (Deo) helped me pick out the right tires for my budget and age of my car & managed to find me rebates to lower the cost.Even more impressive was his kind and caring manner. I had my 93 year old father with me that day; and Deo brought a motorized scooter right to our car then helped Dad onto it and showed him how to steer it into the waiting room. He then waited, AFTER his shift had ended, so he could help my Dad again when the car was finished and it was time to go. Deo even helped me at check out by getting the service desk cashier to personally handle the payment transaction. The above are just a few examples of why I was so impressed by my first time visit to Farm & Fleet auto. The prices were very good; I got a bargain on quality tires & alignment; and everyone there was kind and truly helpful. I even met the the overall store manager 2 days later when I brought car back to have the free 50 mile retorquing of tires' lugnuts. While there I asked a question about the rebate coupons for my Goodyear tire purchase and the store manager personally made certain I got the full amount of rebates, by adjusting my bill! So I could see that the helpful, kind employees were taking their cues from the Boss himself. Overall, a very impressive place.
