They came out to visit and looked out my yard and they said they need to get back to me to give an estimate but they never got back to me. I already reached out through the app, through message and even tried calling them but they never got back to me.

I purchased a conservatory from 4-Seasons and paid a lot extra for the top of the line glass.  The glass was so reflective that it caused fires in some cases and after the siding company that changed out my neighbor?s siding twice(!) threaten them, they changed the glass in mine to a much cheaper type.  Within 5 years the seal failed.  Unfortunately, their ?lifetime? warranty only pays the full replacement during the first 10 years as measured from the first set of glass ? not the cheap replacement glass.   They will pay half the cost of glass, but charge for labor ($400/hour!). And the cost of a single piece of the cheap replacement glass is $826!  This is far, far, far above the cost if buying as a part of a sunroom.  Their warranty is a joke!

Construction went fairly fast after parts were delayed almost 3 weeks by Hurricane Sandy.    The initial timeline called for construction to be completed by Thanksgiving.  We were actually painting and cleaning on December 31.
