Sent a message through Angie's list on March 29th and received no response.  Left voice mail a week later and no response.  Sent an email through their website this week and received no response.  Tried to call three different times this week and got a busy signal.

We've had Tom handle several jobs for us and would only choose him again. His work is precise and artistically skillful. He will offer his advice and professional recommendations to help us determine an appropriate approach.

It came out great! He does quality work. I have used him in the past. They have been responsive especially when we ask for a quote. It is easy to get the job scheduled and they arrive on time for the appointment.

Tom came over the same day to give me an estimate, which was half the price of the handyman I have used for years. He was also able to do the job the next day, which was important to me because we were getting the house ready to be put up for sale. The job was well done and we were very happy with Tom.

We located this service provider through Angie's list. Very disappointed in this service provider. Tom was supposed to come and measure for our tile job in early Dec. He called at the time he was supposed to arrive at our house to cancel due to illness. We were very understanding and considerate and rescheduled. Tom came out later in the month and we explained the job and he took measurements. He told us his son would email a quote shortly. I have never heard back from him or his son and he has not responded to my message. Extremely unprofessional behavior in my opinion. If you don't want or need the work then please, please, don't waste our time.

Initial attempt to reach Tom the Tile Guy was made through Angie's list this past fall. When no response occurred after nearly a week, I followed up with several emails from home plus a couple of phone messages. None were returned. Finally, after multiple attempts to contact, Tom answered his phone and said he would give us a quote. After a week of waiting to hear back from him as to a time and date, I phoned once again. He came over the following day, saying it was on his and quot;to-doand quot; list.
Tom arrived and looked at the kitchen project. It was our impression he wasn't really interested in the project. We had purchased the glass tiles to be used. We asked if he wanted to take some measurements and give us a quote. He took a few measurements and we asked him pointedly if he was interested in the project. He was noncommittal.
Another week went by and still no word from Tom nor his quote. At this point, we went with another contractor who did work on our relatives' kitchens. The work done by an alternative contractor was $1100, which also included some under counter LED lighting.

I got Tom's name from Angie's list. I called him late in the day and explained that my patio door was supposed to be installed the following day and I needed someone to cut a hole in my ceramic tile so the air vent could be moved from the wall to the floor (I had called several heating companies that said they would move the air duct but not cut the hole in the tile). Early the next morning, Tom took time out from his busy schedule to do this job for me. He is an exceptionally nice guy and I'm so glad I found him. I'm planning on hiring him to tile our kitchen and dining room floor.

The price was reasonable, they were not the cheapest. I liked that the guy, Tom, came out and looked at the job and quoted the job. To me you can't quote a job if you don't see it, so I liked that. They were able to do it on time. They did a great job of cleaning up. It took them basically two days. The bathrooms look exactly like we wanted it. Everything is perfect.

We are very happy with the work that Tom and his son, Josh, did on our kitchen backsplash. We had already purchased the tiles from the Tile Shop and knew what we had wanted. The area above our stovetop was a little difficult. We already had a pot filler faucet that had been installed. We didn't know if the exact design we had wanted was going to work well with where the pot filler was. Tom came over ahead of time and layed out the tiles to estimate where the faucet would be in the design. It ends up, it turned out perfect. There was a lot of cutting and details to our job. The job was done in the estimated time that we were given. Tom even came back the following week to seal the tile. They were very professional and showed up on time each day. They also cleaned up at the end of the worked day and left the job site impeccable. We are very happy with the work Tom and Josh did. We would recommend them to anyone with out any hesitation.

I called the company and talked to Tom. I told him what I needed. He said that he could do it and we set up an appointment time. He never showed up and never called. It is so unprofessional to tell acustomer that you can do the job and not tell them that you don't want to do the job. Don't bother to call him.

An excellent job done within the estimate. Tom was on time, worked very h****** the project and made several excellent suggestions on some issues surrounding the existing switchplates. He cleaned up after the work was completed. Definitely turnkey.

They did not charge anything to do an estimate. They were very nice and courteous. They came out with an estimate in a couple of days. The overall experience was okay. They were respectful and professional. They responded on time. The price was too high, so I might not use their services in the future.

Tom and his son Josh are very professional and were easy to work with. They came to my house to fix some work that a previous contactor messed up. A shower had been tiled and had some very poor finishes and needed caulk removed, grout patched, some tiles replaced, and edges finished. I had no ideas on how the finish could be made to look nice, but both Tom and Josh gave me options on how it could be fixed and made to look nice. Tom took one of my extra tiles home with him to get a good matching edge. Josh came back a couple days later with a very nice looking marble strip that he could do some custom cuts to line the edge of our tiles. The finished shower looks AWESOME. Josh showed up exactly at the time we planned, worked very quickly and did a great job. He took many extra steps to make sure not to leave us with a mess (throw down blankets from our entrance to the bathroom, vacuumed up afterwards, etc). I even felt comfortable leaving them in my house alone. Because I had such a great experience with them I am having them do another (much larger) tile project in my house next week and am referring him to my inlaws for more work. The 25+ years experience really shows in their work!

Removing the old tile from our floor was a very difficult job because it was deeply embedded in concrete. They draped off the area and kept the house clean despite this problematic and messy demo. New marble floor is beautiful. They were great guys to work with.

Tom had a cancellation so we were able to get the job done right away. He said it would take 3 days and it did. He was on time, extremely professional and left the jobsite cleaned up every evening. He is really a skilled professional and pleasant. We are very happy with the new look of our bathroom.

Called Tom to have back splash tile installed in my kitchen. Tom gave me a price and time estimate. Hired Tom and his son to do this project. They showed up at the agreed time and finished job as scheduled. They did excellent work, very professional, courteous and friendly, cleaned up nicely. Tom made very good suggestions and ideas in regards to the lay out of the tile and border. He even made some custom pieces made out of both tile and border, all his idea, that my wife loved. I was very happy and impressed with the quality of the completed work and the overall experience I had with Tom. I will hire Tom and his son again for any future tile jobs.
