Doug is an extremely professional, reasonable, punctual person and is very good at his job. We had two broken window blinds, so I contacted him, he was quick in response even while he was traveling. Communicated effectively for setting up appointments and any potential delay (in advance). He gave an estimate over email based on description and did not charge us a penny more. I gave him 10$ extra as appreciation, but he returned it. Strongly recommend him.
