I did not have a good experience with this contractor. I hired him to finish my basement with a full bath. The basement shower leaks from underneath after taking a shower. He tried fixing it a few times but has not been successful. He does not want to address the root cause of the issue and puts the blame on the customer and the builder.When the basement finish started there was no leaks in the plumbing and the basement was always dry until the bathroom was installed, Also, he is not respectful to the customer and is not willing to take responsibility for the issues related to his work.

Rcremodelers was at your home several times and there were no issues with the craftsmanship with the work, we even took all the tile off the shower base and replaced them for you. The problem was aiming the shower head for a long period of time towards the glass door and water was bouncing off the bottom of the track and dripping on the floor. Thank you Rcremodelers"

I have worked with Bob the owner on many projects. He is professional, starts the day early, it cleans up after himself. Everything is priced Fair and I continue to use him and would recommend him to anybody I know.

Our basement was a blank slate and we now have a comfortable media room, spacious play area for our daughter, modern bath and lots of storage. Bob and his crew were timely and very friendly/professional. Offered suggestions to optimize space and completed the job in a timely fashion. Would absolutely recommend and will be in touch for future work.

Bob and his crew were amazing during our basement remodel. This company is a family business and they did an exceptional job. We couldn t be more happy with the work that they did. They were very professional and on time each day. We loved their work so much we even had them build a shed in our backyard for us. We love our new basement and can t wait to utilize it.

Bob C. initially provided good work but quickly became very unprofessional, making very inappropriate comments and becoming very unreliable. After he was paid for the work, I realized he did not finish one aspect of the project and I tried multiple times to get him to finish it, but Bob kept jerking me around, rescheduling, and not showing up after repeated attempts to get him to finish the job. He texted inappropriate comments several times that made me very uncomfortable. Bob even admitted that he purposely did not finish the job so he could have an excuse to come back and see me! That was a completely unprofessional thing to say! I would strongly tell others not to hire him.

Bob and his crew were wonderful to work with. They took their time and made sure the job got done right. In the initial consultation, he made some recommendations that we ended up putting into the project - a light above the bathtub and a storage nook in the wall above the tub. They took care to make sure that they left as little mess as possible. I would hire RC Remodelers again in a heartbeat!

RC Remodelers finished our basement, which included a full bath and wet bar. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly and were sure to work extra hours as needed to complete the job within the timeline promised. In fact, I believe our basement was completed nearly a week earlier than expected. They also worked with us on putting in the wet bar within our budget and the full bathroom they put in is easily the nicest one in the house! They do prefer to come very early in the morning (sometimes before 7am) which worked for our family, but something that may be worth discussing for others. Overall, we're very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend them to others looking to remodel a basement or bathroom.

The Father and Son where very polite and concerned with not getting my hardwood floor dirty. The work was done in timely fashion, cleaned up after themselves very day. They had to come back to install my shower door. Which was hard, but they got it done, but they left me all the boxes to get rid off, which has taken me two wks plus.
