Went very well. Office person called ahead of time to update appointment time and confirmation. Technician arrived on time. Good appearance. Very friendly and professional. Explained in detail what was being done. Gave excellent advice as to future maintenance. Rugs look great. Definately would recommend and use again.

It went great. I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for us. He showed on time, explained completely what he was going doing, what he was using and what order he would do the rooms in. Anthony was very pleasant as well as professional. The carpet and chairs look great. I wIll be using Quality Carpet Cleaning again for sure..

It has taken me a long time to get to this review but better late than never. Anthony was great to do business with. His response was quick and wait time to do the actual cleaning was acceptable. His manner was friendly and very professional. He was able to answer all my questions. He cleaned some heavily soiled carpeting and they turned out better than I expected and dried quickly. I could not have asked for better service. I would use Quality Carpet Cleaning again and highly recommend them. Thanks for a great job Anthony!

They're awesome. I like them. The owner actually does the work. They're on time. They're professional. They take care of your home. They're careful about your belongings. They do what they say they're gonna do. It's a quality service. He's a firefighter and he does the works of a firefighter and he does this when he's off so he's awesome. He's an A across the board. He's the only one I use.

Tony provides excellent communication, service and professional work. I needed my carpets cleaned before a party and Tony rearranged schedules to accommodate my needs. I have used him many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. He truly does "Quality Carpet Cleaning"
