It went great!

Excellent service. The Kawai upright piano had not been tuned for a few years and the pitch was all over the place after the move to our house. He worked until the piano was tuned properly and played some music to demonstrate that it sounded perfect. Also, serviced the Damp-Chaser to keep the humidity as consistent in the piano, and replenished the humidifier pads and solution for the system. Cleaned the instrument thoroughly after he was done. It all went very well. He was very professional and knowledgable about pianos. Explained everything that he was doing in great detail. All this great work at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will use his services again.
