I really wanted to like this company - I try to support our veterans when ever possible. That said, there still needs to be some level of customer service. I called this place on a Wednesday asking for an estimate for spring cleanup, edging the flower gardens, trees and mulch. First red flag was when they said they couldn’t have somebody come out until the next week. Next week has now come and gone and still no one has been out and no one has called. Apparently they don’t need the business. Had another landscaping company I’ve used come out - same day estimate last Friday and are here today to do the Job.

There were still some things that needed to be done like there were leaves in the back corner of my yard, and the side of the house wasn't completed, but because I didn't say anything about them, I think they figured they didn't need to do it so they left. I still haven't talked to them yet. I wish they would have just talked to me before they left. We could have resolved it.

We have used them and we've been very pleased. They were very easy to deal with and they double check to make sure that this is exactly what we wanted and they were thorough and we just like them. I'm not entirely sure about the price I have to look it up but I really don't have my hand on that information right now but I know we are just very pleased.

Very well. Dave and his team are very professional. They arrive weekly as scheduled. Our yard looks tidy when they depart. When it is hot out and the lawn doesn't grow as quickly, they do other maintenance (trimming bushes, edging sidewalk) during the weekly maintenance time.
