Florim and his team were a pleasure to work with for my complete home demolition project. They handled everything from submission for demolition permit, actual demo of structure & driveway, and backfill/grading of area to include black pulverized dirt topping since project was to convert property to greenspace. Landmark Demolition Rocks!

Florim and crew removed and hauled away 8" aluminum siding, insulation, vapor barrier, furring strips & nails, window wrappings, soffit, and fascia from the entire 1.5 story house in Evanston. They did a great job on a relatively tight timetable from my side. (Fortunately, the stucco underneath was in pretty good condition, so we'll repair it rather than install new siding.) Quality work, good clean-up, solid communication, and I appreciated the progress pics along the way. When they ran into unexpected challenges / delays along the way, Florim communicated clearly and continued to push to achieve my timeline...which he did. I know who to call for my future demo needs!

Florim from Landmark Demolition was wonderful. He contacted me right away, came out within 2 days, and hauled away a lot of rock/brick/pavers from my yard. He went out of his way to help me break and remove a very large rock stoop...he got some, but it was too hard and thick for even a jackhammer to get through (he went all the way back to Bollingbrook to get it). He was polite, prompt, and efficient. I would hire again.

Landmark Demolition came out in the morning, and deconstructed the old wooden shed carefully, not to damage any areas around it. They took all the debris away. Great experience! Definitely recommend.

Florim and team did an excellent job removing all wall, floor and ceiling coverings, subsequently moving the material to the dumpster and thoroughly cleaning the area. He was extremely responsive and communicated the group's progress daily. Overall, he's honest, hardworking, and accommodating. I would definitely call him again for future work.

Florim and his team did a great job. Only two days after my initial contact, they were on-site and on time. They demolished about 80 linear feet of interior (non-structural) basement walls (old storage areas), then hauled away the debris. They did a great job of cleaning up the site after completing the work. The initial estimate held up, and they were done after only about 5 hours. They were pleasant and professional; highly recommended.

Very professional, gentle on the pieces we intended to keep, kept everything organized and clean. Cleared all the nails on the drywalls out, so that the kitchen is ready for new drywalls and cabinets. Helped us remove a 200lb+ old fashioned tv, which was beyond the job list. The best service we can hope for, highly recommend!

The crew was able to start work within 3 days of providing me an estimate. The work was completed within one day. The original estimate provided was $700 higher than another estimate we received but they immediately matched the lower quote when I asked if they would price match. Florim was very professional and I would happily refer his services.

Very professional. A team of 4-5 guys quickly removed all drywall walls and a plaster/lathes ceiling in my basement. Took 3 days and they were very careful to keep the dust down as much as possible. When they finished, the area was cleaned as well as a newly demolished basement in a 1900 home can look!

Landmark did a great job and took care not to damage the cabinets even though the counter tops where have and bulk. The left everything neat and tide. Landmarks got a great owner and the team that work on the demo were top notch. I'd call them again as well as recommend them to others.
