La-Z-Boy (825 E. Boughton)

After much discussion in the store about the need to find me a comfortable chair- I have short legs and also was having a knee replacement in November-we finally found two chairs.  My chair measured 19.5 inches in the depth of the seat. When we received the chairs both chairs were too big.  My seat was 21.5 inches.  I could barely get in and out of it.  My husband's was too big in the headrest and too soft.  We contacted the store.  A service man was scheduled to come but cancelled.  He rescheduled, came, took pictures but never submitted the report.  When I called to inquire about the results, they submitted the paperwork.  The next day I was informed that 2 inches was an "allowable difference" within "industry standards".  I called corporate and they also said the same thing.  My contention is that I was never told that there could be up to a two inch difference in size when I purchased the  chairs.  If I knew that I would not have purchased the chairs.  I believe that I was misled and not given all the information I should have been given.
