It was great.  I have used him for years.  He does excellent work and communicates very well.  He is usually very busy although he wasn’t when I called him.  He usually gives me an idea as to when he would be here.  If something happens and he cannot be here he would communicate it to me specifically saying that he would not be able to make it.  So I'm not left hanging expecting him to be here.  He is a great guy.  He is very, very honest.  His prices are very fair.  Yesterday I sent him an e-mail.  I've got more work for him.

I really, really hate to write this review. I love Frank. His work is excellent, his prices are terrific and he communicates really well. He's dependable. You usually have to wait for him because he has people waiting in line for him, but it is worth the wait. He'll give you a ballpark estimate of when he can do the work and then he'll be more specific when the time gets closer. You will NEVER spend a day waiting for him to show up unless you don't answer your phone or check your voicemail or email. If he can't come when he thought he could because a previous job went longer that he thought (and who hasn't added stuff "while you're here..." ) then he will let you know that he won't be able to come until the next day. He can be a little slow about sending you the quote for the work, but again, he's worth the wait. Why do I hate to write this review? Because the more business he gets, the longer I will have to wait for him when I have another job for him. He is currently working on his third project for me. (Replacing my front door and some baseboards and adding crown.) He previously built a fireplace surround for me, adding tumbled marble tile, built the mantle and overmantle, and two flanking bookcases per my design. He put electrical outlets inside the bookcase for the stereo and one on the side of the bookcase for other uses. He added lights over the mantle and above the bookcase per my design. I don't even bother to get quotes from other contractors anymore. Frank is MY guy.
