 + -1 moreWe were asked to obtain our own permits for the project to help keep costs to a minimum. We learned that there were several steps required to complete the process that caused several missed days of work. We have dedicated large amounts of time to this project delivering materials, traveling to suppliers, and directing subcontractors. I am in the fortunate position of having family members in the construction business, never hire family to do personal work, and they helped us with the permit process and managing the project.
Description of Work: Hired J & A Construction to renovate our newly purchased home. They provided a competitive bid after thoroughly, walking through the house. The task was to remodel our 1894 home from top to bottom.

 + 0 moreThey were very professional and respectful about the time. They timely completed the request. They seemed to have a lot of resources in terms of contractors. We didn’t find that with the other companies that we looked at. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used John Anthony Construction LLC to get a bid. They quoted me $80,000 for two bathrooms, kitchen, and total remodeling of the inside of the house.
