John came the next morning to fix a leak and found hole in disposal, he went out and purchased new one & installed it immediately. Great work & excellent service.

John was always in contact with me, has excellent communication and listens very well. He did an excellent job, everything was done as it should have been and he was very thorough and detail oriented. He even worked during the holidays and cleaned up very well after all of the work.

My overall experience was exceptional. My minimum requirement is to do what you say you will do, when you say you will do it, to do a good job & clean up after yourself. He exceeded my expectations. He was on time, did what he promised, my kitchen was spotless, the floor was great.
