Javier Restoration did a great job restoring my deck. In the information section it mentioned light carpentry work performed. The carpentry for the deck, while not overly difficult, was performed with much better quality then when the deck was built. Also, he made nice adjustments to the strength of the deck. . Very satisfied and plan to hire again in the future.

On time and very professional. Everything went smoothly and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely hire Javier again for any wallpapering or painting needs.

We have used Javier in two previous houses and it was not a question whom we would use to repaint a home that we were moving into.  We initially planned on using Javier for just a few rooms. Unfortunately, we found some major electrical issues and we had to bust through some walls.  Fortunately, we had Javier already scheduled.  After the electricians had made a mess of the walls in our home, he went to work patching.  There was a variety of drywall and plaster along with some minor carpentry work.  We now have walls that look pristine and some redone extra closet space.  It was a job that involved much more effort, time and money than we expected, but Javier saved us with his usual perfection.

Javier has done 2 projects for my house and has treated each project as though he was doing the work on his own home. Great attention to detail and high quality workmanship. Javier always has a great attitude and is very honest about what it takes to do a job right. I trust Javier and that gives me great peace of mind.

Javier and his team did a great job in our home. He squeezed us in his schedule when we were on a tight timeline with only a few days' notice. He was accommodating to my schedule and started early when asked. He was very prompt and extremely professional. The work turned out great and we are very satisfied.

I did this before not sure how Angie's list lost it. Javiers was very reasonable on price, did anything we asked (that he felt he could do) on a short timeline, handled a number of changes and did great work. We will use him for all drywall, painting and bathroom/tile projects we do. We think he is great and have received a number of complements on the quality of work.

We bought a house and wanted to completely repaint the interior and stain/protect the outside deck. I called several contractors and got bids. Javier was by far the most reasonable and he was highly recommended by my brother-in-law who is very discriminating when it comes to contractors.
Javier was very flexible. As he started to paint, I changed my mind on a couple of paint colors and he was helpful in his suggestions. His lines were neat around corners. There is one archway that he had to carefully balance 3 different colors (a red, blue, and purple).
After he started, we encountered an issue in the basement. A large section of the drywall had to be replace and he was able to replace the drywall and paint within the time period before our move in date.
Then we had him replace the tile in 2 bathrooms. He changed 10 natural stone flooring squares in our kitchen.
He also sanded and stained our front doors. The doors are now as beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside.
He stained our deck and it looks fabulous.
We were on a tight timeline. As our move in date approached and we weren't sure that he would finish in time, he came in on a weekend and actually worked on the 4th of July to get the job done.
Javier and Francisco were at the house by 7 AM everyday and didn't leave until 6 everyday. They were neat and professional.
