We are a single owner business with one employee, the owner. I have a 22 year background in commercial and residential remodeling and construction. There is almost nothing i can not do, if i can not i have a list of subcontractors i use that have worked for me for 10 years or more in some cases. I am prompt, clean and my prices are very fair. I use the means system for pricing and quoting all jobs and reduce the means price by 15%. this is due to the aggressive prices on labor in the means system. I take pride and ownership in every project i take on regardless how large or small. I have a large list of very satisfied and repeat customers.
