IKEA Bolingbrook

I live in Bolingbrook, and often drop by IKEA. They have free child care, and my kids LOVE it there. The child care staff is super friendly. Once they are safely in the child care, I can go off and spend WAY too much money at this store. Last purchase was various knick knacks for the kitchen. Also, Tuesdays have free kids dinners, so that makes for an excellent outing with the kids.

Pretty good. This high quality mattress as latex can't be found anywhere else at this price. Very pleased with the mattress. Delivery service was so-so. The guys brought the mattress upstairs ok, but weren't very careful to remove shoes (they didn't) or make sure not to bang into railings and walls. The experience in the store itself was the most negative. Although passable, store staff seemed bored and uninterested. You have to chase them down to get your questions answered and take your order. Would shop there again nevertheless as store and IKEA in general provide the best value for the money in mattresses, furniture, and most other items. Their stuff is European, and for me that's more elegant in design than traditional American furniture.

This is the best bang for you buck anywhere. They have extra features for their cabinets for a fraction of the cost of anyone else. I had the same price for cabinets somewhere else. In this case it was oak cabinets. The price was about $4800 but if I wanted a soft closed drawers they were $135 each. Who knows how much soft doors were. If you wanted a pull out garbage bin like what I have with Ikea it was $400. Other places get you on the extras that are included in Ikea. In their defense they had more hardware. I would not buy my granite from them because they are just a middle man. They were supposed to deliver the cabinets in 8 to 10 days I had to call after twenty and did not deliver until after 30. The delivery department did not respond well to phone calls. I even had to call corporate. If they would have called and explained I would have been fine; that was the main problem. If you write their corporate headquarters the do respond. The second letter I wrote I received a call the next day saying I could pick up my bathroom cabinets. I had three things going on. They worked seven days straight.
