Installation was performed on time; however, the installer didn't properly replace one door panel (which I discovered and he corrected while my vehicle was still in the service bay.) After I arrived home, I then discovered that he did not properly re-engage the passenger door handle to the latch mechanism (which meant the door wouldn't open from the inside.) Fortunately, I was able to fix this myself by carefully removing the door handle and re-attaching the latch mechanism.) He also didn't reset the auto-up/down control for the driver's side window (which I also corrected using the procedure described in the owner's manual.) One would expect that an "expert" installer would not be so sloppy with his "expert" work. If he'd paid more attention to these details I would have given his work an A because the speakers sound great! But, as my first grade teacher taught me, neatness counts!
