Called and spoke to the business owner and he stated that he would come to the property that day to provide an estimate. Waited 10 day and he failed to show or call, so I followed up. He stated that he was busy and would again come out again the same day. Not surprisingly, he never showed or bothered to call. Maybe he is busy, but he is definitely too busy to earn my business.

They were very responsive and efficient. Provided the exact services requested.

I love these guys. Anything outside I call them. When they're done they blow off the sidewalks and driveway and clean up everything. They're really good. I love them.

Gary and his team of 10 guy's did a beautiful job. I & the wife couldn't be happier for the job well done. Very professional & on time service.

I have been using G & G Lawn Care for all my landscaping needs since 2012.  He installed a $50,000.00 patio complete with fireplace and knee walls.  G & G Lawn Care installs my flowers every summer and removes in the fall.  He does landscaping and snow removal services on two other properties for me in the DuPage County area. I find their company very easy to work with. Gary always returns calls promptly and is easy to communicate with.

We found them through Angie's Lists. These guys were incredible. They were prompt, they were on time and everything that we requested was done and no questions asked. They're just polite and I would recommend them to anybody.

We were over-billed (and accidentally over-paid) for the snow plowing this past winter. I talked with Gary a few times about coming out to work on the lawn again this year and to get the snow plow overpayment fixed. He agreed to look into it and to call back several times - which he never did. I've tried multiple times to contact him and get my money back. He has ignored all of my calls, even though I've been told they are doing other work around Bolingbrook. I've given up on using them for mulching and landscaping.
When they did the landscaping last year, we had to get them back several times to finish the work professionally. They finally did, but it was a pain for us - I was just trying to help a small guy grow his business, so I cut them some slack. At this point, I just want my money back.

They are fast, and dependable. I have also used Gand G to grind down a tree stump. I can't remember the price, but it was much much more reasonable than some crazy $400 offers I was getting. I will continue to use these guys. They are local and do a great great job.

I hired G and G Lawn Care through a referral. My sister uses their service for lawn maintenance and highly recommends them. I spoke to Gary in April and told him I had a very big job. I was putting an in-ground pool in and was looking for a patio from the house to the concrete surrounding the pool. I had some CAD pictures and some minimal ideas. Met first with Gary and gave a general outline and time frame. He seemed up to the challenge. After much debating, changed the patio design to 1900 square feet with a gas fireplace, waterfall and lights and deleted the concrete surrounding the pool. The project became complicated when dealing with the pool subcontractor.
Initially, the pool subcontractor, myself and Gary contacted the Village about obtaining a patio permit. We were originally told no permit was needed as paver bricks are considered soft scape. Lo and behold, the Village changed their tune right before the start date which held the project up three weeks. Since Gary was in on everything, he was raring to go and chomping at the bit because of the delay. Wouldn't you know, the permit is ready on the day I left town? Gary kindly picked up the permit so everything would be ready when I got back to town.
The project started the day after Labor Day and I told him that I was having a party on the 22nd and hoped he could finish by that time frame. G and G ROCKED IT! Usually they were on site by 7:30 am and stayed til about 6:00 to 7:00 pm every night. Fridays were out because of prior engagements. I must admit that I wasn't sure they could do it, but they did. On the day of the party, there were 10 guys at the project and they stayed right up til party time cleaning up and making everything safe.
Chris was usually on site handling details and working with the guys. Any questions, he asked immediately and came up with some great ideas. I asked a million questions and he always had time to answer everything. In getting the fireplace, we were originally told that it comes in two pieces pre-fabricated. We were told put one piece on top of the other and you are ready to go. So not true. All pieces are delivered pre-cut and you have to put together on site. This could have delayed the job, but they were determined that all would be ready and safe for the party.
To be realistic, there were some things that could not be completed. I needed the patio to be sealed and some front landscaping as well. That was done after the party. Another thing to point out, Gary and Chris met with the electrician, gas guy, pool guy and fence guy so that all work could be done without time and work being sacrificed. I highly, highly recommend this company.
I am not the easiest person to work with (especially mornings). These guys were professional, friendly, helpful, courteous, respectful and prompt. Sounds so boring. These guys were (I hate to use this overused word) awesome.
I am shocked at the two reviews that were not happy with this company. I can honestly say that this company exceeded my expectations.

They are very prompt. I give them an A+ rating. They speak English very well and are very easy to understand. They are a local company and from the area.

Spoke with Gary Miller and arranged for him to review my mom's property in Bolingbrook. He was very quick to respond to my message to him on June 29th; and seemed very accommodating. We arranged to meet on June 30th @ 5:30 pm and he was a no show and no call.To date I have not heard from him, and will not call his services again.

Gary was punctual, friendly and accommodating. He and his team worked diligently throughout the day to complete the job and was able to complete all of the tasks we requested as well as some ad-hoc requests I had when he got here. He was able to answer a few questions on plants that I had so was knowledgeable in that area. We were pleased with the results and would hire him again when needed.

The work went great. They were there when they said they were going to be. They came back and checked to make sure the workers had done what I wanted them to do and they were always really good about followup. They were pretty punctual. They did get the work done quickly and on time. They were knowledgeable about the work.
