EDUARDO'S LANDSCAPING

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Javier Baustista, the foreman, did not complete the job and stole $5,700 from me. He demanded a lot more money than what was agreed upon in the contract and when I would pay the extra money he walked off the job and would not return monies owed to me. He did not install the patio we discussed and the one he put in is not level (on the first attempt it was built like a slide and the stone pattern was wrong), has defective stones (which I asked repeatedly not to use), and the project was never completed. He left my property in horrible condition with food, drinks, wood and bricks scattered everywhere. He destroyed my electric lines. Now I have to pay someone to fix and finish it. I specifically advanced him money for trees and he never delivered them. He refused to return the money for the trees. He and his crew were very disrespectful and did not show up when they were supposed to. This was to be a 3 day job that turned into a 3 week nightmare. Now I have to scramble to find someone to finish the job. I would not recommend this company and Javier Baustista personally. They are scam artists.
