Have used Courtesy Plumbing a few times through the years. Only had one issue this last time, but the problem was resolved as a Christian would, leaving us thankful for a satisfactory resolution.

They have ben excellent and I would definitely hire them again.

They are an exceptional company and I will definitely use them again and Recommend them often. So honest Professional, respond on time.

These people came out to the complex, didn't give us proper notice, shut our water off, because they were working in the building unannounced. I saw the one plumber in his vehicle texting, when I returned, he jumped out and ran into the building. I was gone for about 25 minutes. I have watched these guys milk the clock, so much, its ridiculous!! Getting back to my misfortune with them. Since, they were in the building unannounced, I was struggling to get water to bathe with, since, they turned the water off. I subsequently had to leave, and forgot to put the lever down, because no water was coming out. I got a call from the neighbor explaining there was water coming into the laundry room. They turned off the water, but, never called me, nor did the Association. Had they called me, I would have instructed my friend to bring my key, so that they could enter my unit properly....instead, they broke into my home....breaking my stick, holding the window close, and forcefully entered my home, and taking some important items!!! I filed a police report, and they basically did nothing. They also left the chair under my window all weekend, that they used to gain entry!!! How irresponsible!!! In addition, to leaving my unit available for anyone to come in. I am saying to you.....potential clients....do not use this company!!! They may have a few positive ratings, but, this is the real truth about this company. They do dirty stuff like this, then hide behind the Association, to get away with dirty deeds!!!! You have been warned!!!! This was the ones that service Brookdale condominiums.

It went very well! We had an emergency situation and we called them and they came to our house very quickly. Their price was very reasonable and they got the work done within a few hours. I would highly recommend them!

Of course the backup occurred on a Saturday. The technician who came right away: he was was courteous, efficient and very competent. A job well done!

I was satisfied with him. We got a deal because we did two at the same time. Myself and a neighbor. They were willing to come down on the price. It was a group. I have no complaints at all.

The kitchen sink is draining properly.

Work was done but we thought the work was going to be more involved when we received the quote and we needed something done so we could turn our water back on. As it was it took 10 minutes to cut a hole in the dry wall and turn the valve off that supplied that faucet. While we were quoted $250.00 for the job we were under the impression it was going to be more work involved getting it done because of the age of the house and getting to the valve. He did reduce the price to $200.00 but it should not have cost that much for the work that was performed.

The night that we had company coming over for a week, our sewer backed up. The house had settled and the drain pipe had broken off right outside the foundation. Courtesy Plumbing was very fast in responding, and was able to temporarily remove some of the blockage so that the water could drain out to the pipe. But a camera showed that the pipe had broken off outside of the house. They returned to dig down outside of the foundation to repair the broken pipe, install an external clean-out, and check the remaining pipe for further blockages. 2 weeks later, our 14 year old water heater quit working (which was unrelated to the earlier backup). Courtesy Plumbing again responded quickly and put in a new water heater that afternoon. Throughout both repairs they were fast and professional.

Overall, the project was completed very well. There were a few minor issues after the first plumber completed the work but, to Courtesy Plumbers' credit, they were quick to resolve the issue. The second plumber that arrived first thing the next morning did a great job.

I don't know how their pricing compares as I've not had a clogged toilet before, but it seemed high to me w/ their 15% off included.  He checked our sump pump for leaks after my husband had put a loose elbow pipe back together and he said it was fine.  he gave a free estimate for the toilet and a couple slow drains.  I just wanted it done instead of getting several estimates so I gave go ahead for toilet.  I called mid morning and they arrived early afternoon after having given a 2 hour window.  This was convenient for me instead of a 4 hour window given by another company.

Prompt arrival within an hour of call!  Many other plumbers called could not come for more than a day or even a week because of Thanksgiving.  The job was longer than expected, but I was charged quoted price still.  I was given some helpful information for preventative maintenance in the future.  Ronnie exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him and this company.  I was happy to have my water running again after only 3 hours of being without.  Thank you!

This company was prompt, professional and I haven't had any trouble since the work had been completed.  They gave us a detailed estimate of the work that would need to be done before starting and followed through with everything they said that they would do.

It  went great. He was polite and efficient. The new system works great and so does the new water heater. I have an older home where it was necessary to replace these items.

Matt arrived to our house in the time window as promised.  He was very courteous and professional.  He removed the
pump covers and found an issue that prevented the pump from working.  He fixed the blockage and put everything back in order.  He left his area neat and clean. 
He refused to accept payment because to him it was an easy fix.  I offered him a tip and but he politely refused.  He just wanted us to consider using him and his company again.  We will always use MATT.  I highly recommend MATT from
Courtesy Plumbing.

We used this company again because the last experience was good.  It turned out that the experience with this company is entirely based on who is doing the job.  Last time it was Matt, who is courteous and professional, and he got the job done.  This time it was Ronnie, who is almost the exact opposite.  From a service quality point of view, it was quite a disappointment.  Bad luck.

While he was working in the bathroom, he was making all kinds of noise drilling and swearing.  He ended up snapping the faucet itself off.  At that point he was telling me I owed him more than 700 dollars.  By then I had enough and told him to leave.  I still had to pay for his service.  He didn't even clean up after himself!!!  All of the dust was still in there, including the dirt from his filthy shoes, which he tracked all over my house!  I wanted to call the company and talk to the owner or at least a manager.  I talked to Ken, who was quick to defend his plumber.  He offered to come and look at the bathroom himself.  I proposed a time, he never did show up.  When I called him he said they were too busy and he couldn't make it.  He should have at least given me a courtesy call!  This is no way to treat your customers!

Outstanding work. Both jobs ended up being harder than expected, but their persistence prevailed and both were completed in a timely manner. I will rehire for future plumbing needs.

We first called Naperville Courtesy Plumbing after the water from the upstairs bathroom was pouring into the downstairs bathroom. The young man who came out thoroughly looked through the hole, went upstairs and examined everything and then told us we did not have a plumbing problem but that a teenage daughter taking many hot showers had completely eroded the grout and the unbelievable amount of leaking was actually that problem. Then -- he didn't charge us. Can you believe that? So this year when the outside faucet was leaking a mile a minute, we called them again. I described the problem as best I could over the phone. I also needed a faucet installed in a bathroom. The young man who arrived had everything he needed to fix the problem and helped me move stuff in the basement to get to the problem. He also counseled me that the outside problem was probably occurred because we did not unhook the outside hose wheel over the winter and freezing which over the years backed up had caused damage. He did a beautiful job installing the faucet and all that went with it. This company is professional and personable and helpful.
