She has been good. She's been coming out regularly to work with us and has been helpful. She gave us a lot of good ideas for how to do the training.

Karen came out a number of times to see how training was going. The Barkbuster method really seems to work. The key is YOU HAVE to do the training. The best part of using Barbusters is that the price is good for life and you can work on all the behavior changes you want. The Barkbusters I used was located in the northwest suburbs. I don't think she was in Bolingbrook. I did meet the woman who owns the. Bolingbrook location. She was very professional. She is the reason I used Barkbusters

Karen is our trainer and she is fabulous! We have read how people say within 2 hours the dog was better and seriously did not believe it could be true. I am amazed to report it is. She is excellent at training us as we'll as our dog. I can't say enough but if anyone wanted to call me on it...I'd be happy to tell all. It is pricy however I think very worth it. She trains you how to train your dog. She explains everything and thinks of things you don't see in the pet store classes or on the Internet.

We signed a one year contract with her and she came to our home for 2-3 hours every 2 weeks for approximately 3 months. We are now on a 'call as needed basis'. She has been terrific, and we have made a lot progress. Our puppy was showing aggressive behavior with strangers (both people and other dogs, did not know how to walk on a leash or follow any type of commands. She has a lot a patience with people and your pet. The entire training method is very humane (no hitting, yelling or bribing with food). We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help in training their animal.
