Airco Heating & Cooling

Have used Airco for probably 10 years for regular furnace and AC maintenance and a couple of part replacements. Ben is always friendly, responsive, professional and most importantly mindful of cost.

Ben was very responsive every time I contacted him. I gave him the model number of my furnace, he ordered a new motor, and within a few days was at our home installing it. He charged a fair price for the service and was very professional and helpful. I would recommend AirCo and will definitely use them again for any future needs. 

I've used Airco on a number of occasions, most recently for a new furnace. In December 2012, my heater died and I was stuck with a 60 degree home for 2 nights. I called out Ben, and he immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended a new furnace (we found out that the size of the furnace was too small for the home and had been working on overdrive for years). Just a few days before Christmas, Ben and his partner installed a new furnace and A/C and came back out in May 2013 to make sure the A/C was up and running. Ben responds quickly by e-mail and is very polite and always on time. Very trustworthy!

I woke up on the hottest day in Illinois in 100 years and it was 80 degrees in the house! My a/c had stopped working some time in the night. I called Airco and they were courteous and professional and told me they could have someone here by early afternoon. There was a technician at my door within an hour!!
Ben was so awesome! He educated me about proper HVAC care, showed me where I could turn off power/flip breakers, and was patient with my ignorance. I am a single mom and first time home owner and very worried about being taken advantage of in a desperate moment to get a/c working again. He had the a/c back up and running within half an hour. I am so thankful!
I won't hesitate to call Airco again. Thank you!!

Great. He had to delay his original appointment for a later time that day, but he was very prompt in keeping me updated.

It was a better experience then I have had with any service company working in my house. I would continue to use Airco and refer them to my friends and family.
