In our latest go-round, we were moving. They painted our old house (neutralized would be a good word), patched and cleaned it up. It was show-room ready. We had several problems with leaks in walls and such, A & D cleaned them up and fixed the drywall prior to painting it up so you could not tell there was ever a problem. (That house sold in 24 hours.)
The we moved into the new place. A & D took down a lot of very dated wallpaper, painted the walls, built-in shelving areas, banisters, closets, and even the kitchen cabinets. When they were done it was like moving into a brand new home. Very expeditious, and to exacting standards with many specific colors.
