I had a horrible experience with Rey and RF Drywall. I hired this company in June of 2012 and to date our basement remains unfinished. Rey consistantly asked that we pay him in cash and then stopped working on our basement when we refused to pay him in advance (our contract states that final payment was due upon completion). There were times when thier laborers didn't show up, or when they did they show up, they performed incomplete or incorrect work. For example, in our closet we have an active light switch which they half covered with drywall. In the laudry room, our dryer was moved from one side of the room to the other and rather than drilling a new exhaust hole for the current location, they opted to extended the air duct connector so that it was long enought to reach the other side of the room. It looks like a metallic snake streched across the laudry room. Additionally, Rey seldom came with the laborers each day, but even when he did, , he would leave after 15mins and they were unsupervised for the remainder of the day. Rey only answered questions to my husband (even when I directly asked him the question). To make a long story short, this is a horrible company and I wouldn't recommend them to build a dog house. We will have to hire someone else to finish our basement, and who knows if they will have to undo the work RF Drywall did. Sadly, I have read another review on this company from 2009, and thier experience is identical to mine, so it appears that this is a pattern of business for this company. I do not recommend this company, and if they were giving away something for free I wouldn't trust it.
