Sadly, this was the worst experience I've had with a business in 5 years. I ended up paying $200 for one hour of deck washing and the manager never responded after that. My deck was small. I think the manager decided to focus on decks with my money for the company. She said that work was handled in the sequence in which it came in, but after waiting for MONTHS I could no longer believe it. Communication was almost non-existent. NOT RECOMMENDED.
