CAS CONSTRUCTION INC

I cancelled a contract with CAS Construction due to the circumstances around COVID. I asked for my deposit back since no work was done per the contract and to this day Craig has not returned my deposit. He has given me excuses as to why he thinks he’s entitled to keep my money but nothing in the contract says the deposit is forfeited if cancelled. I would not recommend this contractor since he clearly has not acted in a professional manner.

I contacted this provider via their website to obtain an estimate for a second story addition. They called me back in approximately 2 days and left a message. I called back the next day and spoke with a lady who seemed to be a family member of the contractor. I left all my contact information and was told the contractor would call me right back. I was never contacted again by this company.

IT TOOK TWO PHONE CALLS TO SET UP A TIME TO MEET, BUT HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND SHOWED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. WAS ONLY SLIGHTLY HELPFUL, AND DID NOT REALLY SEEM EAGER TO DO THE WORK. NO BID RECEIVED.

CRAIG AND HIS CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME, VERY POLITE, READY TO GET TO WORK (DESPITE BAD WEATHER). BUILT A SECOND STORY ADDITION (APROX. 24'' X 18'') IN ONE DAY! WATERPROOFED AND SEALED UP, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. NICEST BUNCH OF GUYS I'VE DEALT WITH!! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!!!
