Phone Service - Cellular
A year ago we got new smart phones for Christmas. One of the smart phones did not work so we sent it back. Two months later a charge showed up for this phone that had been returned. I called customer service and said yes, you sent us a third phone but it is because we returned the phone and we have a receipt that shows you received the phone. They agreed and said they would take it off my bill, but it took another seven or eight phone calls and three months to get the charge off the bill. They had internal issues which were not allowing them to cancel the charges and it went on and on. They did ultimately fix it but it but it was irritating.
