Total Home Services

Chris Salmon regrettably never contacted me with an estimate. I sent an email followup and still no response. I am disappointed because I was impressed by his demeanor. Even if I were to get a call with a reason for no followup, I would not hire him. I believe that a person's action is a reflection of the type of work that they do. I'm regretful that this didn't work out.

This is my second time this year contracting with Total Home Services and I can honestly say the service was again superior! Chris not only installed the windows, but he also assisted in my decision to the brand of window to purchase to meet my needs and he willingly worked with the manufacturer to ensure that the windows met the specifications.
Chris did encounter an issued during the removal of my old windows, which may have added time to his estimation for installing the windows, but nontheless, the job was completed within the day as originally planned. A very good job was done to clean up after the job was completed and again, Total Home Services did not require a down payment for services prior to the job's completion and even though there were definite unexpected issues with the repairs,

My experience with Total Home Services has been positive for start to finish! My initial calls for estimates were returned in a timely and professional manner. Chris arrived on time to view the planned repair jobs and provided a thoroughly written estimate within a reasonable time frame. Once I agreed to the contract terms, I was pleasantly surprised that Total Home Services did not require a down payment prior to the work beginning-even better! Chris started the repair work on the agreed upon start date and finished on schedule, and prior to making payment, Chris took time to conduct a full walk through of all the repairs completed to confirm that everything was done to repairs were to my expectations and satisfaction. Additionally, there were no hidden charges in the final cost!

Called Total Home Services, and set up an appointment for the following week. I gave dimensions of the room to have carpeting stretched, and got an estimate over the phone. Chris and helper arrived on time and did a great job. Professional and polite. Quoted estimate was the price I paid.
