Great job Installed quickly Money spent was well worth the piece of mind while being away from home if the power goes out Don't have to worry about a flooded finished basement. No runs-no drips. Thanks for a great job. will call again if anything else comes up.

This was our fist experience with Spaid/Dennis: Totally professional and Excellent work ethic. Good combination of FRIENDLY BUT NO NON-SENSE. Very cooperative as I needed to work around him.....cross braces were needed at certain locations to enable his installation, I did not know in advance where he would need them. Also, he was accommodating as I needed to tack-in a couple of pieces of (pre-cut and test-fitted) drywall for the vanity and toilet before he installed the shut-off valves. I had the responsibility being ready and prepared for sake of not getting in his way and to not hold-up his progress: so if you plan on doing something similar, DON'T ABUSED THEIR GOOD-WILL WITH YOUR INEFFICIENCY. We will definitely hire Spaid (and ask for Dennis if possible) again.

I have lived in my house for 13 years and have had many contractors do work on the home. I’ve had the house roofed, sided, HVAC, complete re-wire, and some plumbing. Recently I had a medium/small sized plumbing job to complete. After meeting with several plumbing companies, I chose Spaid Mechanical. Aaron Spade (owner) took the time to study the situation and work with me on options. He also took the time to clearly explain how they would do the work, and this gave me confidence to proceed. The work crew was equally professional and took the care to do the work properly. I was glad that Spaid Mechanical was available to do the work, and would not think to ask anyone else to do plumbing work. I think I’ve found the best!

My wife and I were interested in the tankless water heater but did not know to much about them. The plumber (Ken) came out and sat down with us to discuss our options after doing a thorough evaluation of our current water heater. Ken was able to explain different water heater types and we determined the tankless water heater was what we wanted. Because we went with the tankless unit, the plumber explained where he would install the unit. By placing the unit where it is currently located, it opened up space in our mechanical room and aloud much needed storage space. We are very pleased with our new tankless unit. With a family of four, we can all shower and not worry about hot water shortage when the washing machine and dishwasher are running too.

This person was on time and very knowledgeable, and did not charge for a small fix. He also suggested to contact faucet maker to get a replacement for free of cost. This clearly shows that he is looking after customer more than the business we really appreciated his help

Ken showed up within 90 minutes of my call. Installed new supply valves and checked (and fixed) my work on the rest of the installation. They were in and out of the house within a half hour. They did great work.

Ken was very prompt, worked quickly and quality was great. He took out my DIY version of the plumbing and gave me tips for the future (my wife's tip is to call Ken first next time). Took out what was leaking and got me on track quickly. I like DIY jobs, but plumbing is an art and worth the investment to bring in a pro. Ken also took away my old water heater for free as they have recyclers pickup the old ones from them

The plumber was very responsive and I appreciated that he texted. When he arrived he had a good idea of the problem and had all the parts needed. He also explained each action he took so that we would be able to fix similar problems in the future on our own. I think the price for labor and parts was reasonable but I don't have a lot of experience so it's tough for me to say.

Dennis was great from beginning to end. He really knows his stuff . He installed the shower, ran new water lines, and a vented drain. And the total amount came in under estimate!! Great job, and I will call again when I need plumbing work done.

Ken was very quick even having to go through filing a home warranty claim first. Very professional, clean, and concise. There was great communication between us and home warranty. Ken responded quickly, almost instantly, after submitting a home warranty claim online. I received a text telling me who he was and asking what time worked best for me. He arrived on time and wore shoe covers the entire time he we worked in the house, very professional! Ken went over with me what the typical causes of the problem, and he walked through each one with me in detail as he explained. It was very informative and helpful.
After identifying the problem with blockage in the water heater, he showed me how bad it was and what to do in the future (and not to do) when dealing with a similar issue. He replaced the bad value with a new one and now the water pressure is fantastic, like new.
Ken & Spaid Mechanical went above and beyond, not only did he fix the issue as promised, being a new homeowner i asked him a few general questions, he was happy to help and offer advice. Very friendly and knowledgable. Also you can tell he takes pride in the quality of work done, making sure the job is done correctly. I appreciate that as a home owner.
For any future plumbing issues I'll definitely go with Spaid Mechanical.

Aaron (the owner) took the parts off a water heater in their warehouse, to repair the water heater that his guys installed on Friday. He personally took care of our calls on Saturday night, worked out a plan of action, and followed through on said plan on Sunday morning. He not only took care of the problem, (bad safety sensor) but waited around till it heated the tank completely,so he could make sure it would stay lit, and refire the burner. I not only will use Spaid Mechanical again, but passed their name along to our former landlord, for him to use them also. Thank you again Aaron, you and your employees were a pleasure to have in our home.

They were right on time, used drop cloths on the floors, and completed all work in roughly 2 hours. Cleaned up their mess, removed the water heater, and was gone. I took advantage of their Angies list special, and got a discount on the sump pump, since they were already here.

The service turned out very well. The one guy that came to do the work was Martin and he was very thorough. I had a special problem and he was able to figure it out.
