"Good Morning Mr. Piesher, I am sorry that you feel that there was lack of communication. We did speak with you on several occasions in our office. The original estimate would of been fine but you did change the work we were going to be doing for you 3 times. You also changed the location (completely different address) where you were had it actually installed from the original estimate. Due to the area that you live in, they requested that we not complete that type of install. I see the add ons that you listed on your review, The first time that we met, it was suppose to be a simple install of 50 amp outdoor plug straight to sauna heater, 2 lights, a switch, thermostat, sauna heater. You added an under bench light with a switch for them as well as an outside GFI. I do not see that listed on your extras that you listed. The information listed below was on your invoice that was emailed to you on 2/21/17 Materials 8 space panel $85.00 15 amp breaker $15.00 40 amp breaker $35.00 15a GFCI $25.00 Waterproof box $10.00 50' 14-2 Romex $15.00 30' 6-3 Romex $60.00 RV Plug $55.00 Cantex box $12.00 3 gang masonary box $15.00 Material Cost: $315.00 Labor: 11.5 hours (1 tech) $1,092.50 Total Cost : $1,407.50 - You were only charged $825.00 for all of this work that was completed for you. We discounted the price for you being a new customer and a special we were running for February."
