Excellent experience! Courteous staff and they were prompt and they cleaned up by themselves. They did not leave behind any mess. They communicated well and it was a great product. I went to their showroom and they showed various models. I ordered one of them and they installed it. It was a complete service. They were very responsive too.

I was looking to upgrade our very drafty fireplace. I had talked to several fireplace people & was not satisfied. I found Nordines on their website & called them. They came over the next day & analyzed my fireplace & recommended we replace it. I had come to that decision also. They recommended a brand that I was able to look up online. Based upon my needs & size I needed I got an amazing fireplace that we just love. They always returned my calls & did a wonderful job of installing & any followup I needed. I would highly recommend them. My neighbor saw my fireplace & had Nordines upgrade their fireplaces. They are the best company I have worked with on any project I have done. I cannot recommend them more highly.
