Mortgage Services III, LLC (MSI)

We used this company as a broker for our original mortgage.  The results were lack luster.  It worked but not the smoothest process.  We thought that things would have gotten better but they did not. 
We sent an email to our past mortgage rep about a refinance and the steps we needed in ordered to get it done.  The rep (just like in the original mortgage) ignored several questions of ours and only replied via email with one sentence replies as if it was an inconvenience of their time.  Sorry you lost the business to someone else due to the lack of help!

This company led me all the way up to 2 days before an agreed upon closing date before I found out on my own from my title company that closing was never even scheduled. I worked with David Usiak on refinancing my home for several weeks. Everything seemed fine. A few days before the closing date, I could not get a hold of him. I called my title company to verify my previous conversations with David and found out that he never scheduled the closing. On a few occasions after this I spoke with David to try to get things in order for closing and he gave me the run around, said he was with other clients, said he couldn't get in touch with anyone at the title company (i was able to get in touch with the title company just fine), made it seem like it was no big deal with no care or concern about how unprofessional this was. I had already cancelled my bi-weekly mortgage payments based on his recommendations. Eventually I spoke with Mr Usiak's boss Bob Siebert to see if he could help. When I explained how unprofessional and inconsiderate this was his exact words were " Why do I have to be involved in this" and "Someone will be contacting you". He was rude and unhelpful. After this experience with Mr. Siebert, I quickly cancelled all business with David and MSI Loans. Keep in mind that this is a VA refinance so there are hardly any requirements on my part. I wouldn't put it past them to lie about what happened here. This is a poorly managed company and I strongly recommend that you do business elsewhere. They are not worth your time. When a manager complains about having to be involved in resolving a problem, you know it is plagued with poor leadership and it's not worth wasting your time. Their website states "Your Interest Is Our Priority". Don't believe it!
