They did our first cleaning gratis, and did a wonderful, wonderful job. Highly recommended. Excellent work.

They half assed the window and only vacuumed the tile floors, they did extra stuff which was nice but I wish they would have done a better job of what I specifically asked for. Showed up 90 mints late which is problem when newborn is being breastfeed. Why did I even schedule a time?

My friend said it went well , no negative comments.

The house looked very clean when you walked in, but when checking if everything was cleaned like they said it would be, we found spots that were 100% clean. The team was very friendly and overall did a wonderful job. With minor things to be corrected, we will use there service again. We did feel the price is very expenses but like that we can pick and choose which rooms to have cleaned to cut down on the cost.

Cleaning was superficial.  I may continue to use their services, but am contemplating switching.

They clean my home weekly at this moment, but we adjust that as needed depending on how much time I have to clean and how dirty my children and dog have been.  
They arrive in the morning and immediately get to work.  Very pleasant attitude.  Sometimes I am still there and either way the job is done to my satisfaction, if not Tim makes it right.  They even make my childrens' bed and arrange the stuffed animals very nicely.   Nice little touch.

I am really impressed with the professionalism and flexibility that Molly Maid has shown. They do have a minimum charge of $59 per visit and above that we had flexibility to choose the rooms that we want them to clean.

Tim provides an estimate by room, so, we know upfront how much its going to cost us based on the rooms we select.

I like them. They come in and do a good job and they go. We don't have to be home. I really like what they do. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

Their services are very good.  My house is up for sale so they came in and did a beautiful job.  I paid them $250 because I had put the house for market cleaning but that's not their price.  They are coming back in a couple of weeks and it's going to be much lesser like a $125 or something.  What I liked best is the owner came out and did a walk through with me.  He asked me exactly what I was looking for and I was very clear with him.  He said he absolutely guarantees the best done.  He wrote it down and showed me.  They came while I wasn't home and everything I had asked to be done was done.  I've had other cleaning services and bad have and happen, but this one I thought was pretty extraordinary.

i use them every other week. They come in, clean the floors and are very professional. They get in and get out and it is a nice service. I will use them again in the future.

we used them for about 6 months, every week at first, and then every other week the last 3 months. They did a decent job, however the cleaning always seemed to be just halfway done. I guess we were just expecting a little more for what we were spending.
