+ -1 moreHe was the seller's attorney, but he did an excellent job. My attorney actually did a very poor job. I paid my attorney and the sellers paid their attorney. Mike Wilson gave me tips and advice that I didn't know enough to ask for even though he was not my attorney. My attorney didn't tell me some things that I needed to know. He didn't even talk to me at all on the day of signing the papers.
Description of Work: I interacted with Mike Wilson, a real estate attorney, to buy the home. He did the real estate closure.
