First time, they came out and we gave them instructions that the house has been empty for years, so we needed a good cleaning everywhere. In one room, it has got 20-foot ceiling; so there were stuff that was going to be hard for us to do ourselves. We figured that if we hired somebody, they would have the right equipment for it; but they did more of a general light cleaning and missed some areas. We called them and they came back. Second time, they did a really good job on the stuff that they had missed; so we end up being satisfied with them. The second time, they did pay attention and even did a couple of extra things that we didn't ask them to.
