 + -1 moreHired his company to replace a roof that was damaged in a storm, They tore off the roof while there was still snow on the roof and the water leaked into our home that day. He completed the job the job the same day that it was begun and we were told that he guaranteed his work. We had very little rain for the next few weeks and had no idea that the roof he installed was prone to leaking. Suddenly when we were hit with several storms and the roof leaked so much that the ceiling collapsed and mold and mildew developed. We have called him numerous times and he's blow off several appointments to meet with us. We are at the point of contacting the Illinois Attorney General.
Description of Work: replacement of porch roof after storm had damaged existing roof. Contractor agreed to replace all wood that required replacement and install a rubber roof
