JONES TREE SURGERY

These guys trimmed a large tree for my neighbor. In the process they drove some large vehicle between our two houses, and over our property, and: 1) broke multiple paving stones; 2) crushed a large lilac bush; 3) crushed peonies and other flowers; 4) left about a 10 inch deep rut the length of our property; and 5) because of 4, caused the air conditioner unit to tilt. OK stuff happens when you use heavy equipment. My neighbor asked them to do something about this and their response was: He gave them permission to come between the houses, hence any damage was his (and our) problem. Basically told both of us to take a hike. My neighbor is a good guy and he is doing his best to fix some of the problems these guys created. The bad attitude and irresponsibility of this tree service is an example of how not to run a small business.
