He said if I paid up front, he would provide a discount. My first big mistake! He does not do the manual labor. He hires unqualified people. He advised my kitchen tile was a 3 day job. It took THREE WEEKS and they damaged my refrigerator, did not cut the tile correctly or use the proper subflooring so the grout is popping out! I purchased my bathroom sink. Someone broke it. He replaced it. The worker did not measure correctly, cut it short on the left and right sides, he tried to tell us that's how it's done, and they would add a back splash. We said no! He purchased another sink that did not match our colors but at this point we wanted to be done. In the meantime, he installed a glass storm door that we provided. Installation was incorrect and the first wind ripped it from the door frame which caused the door to need to be replaced. He wanted to provide me with a door but wouldn't show me the actual door before installation. After three weeks we said ENOUGH! The kitchen tile and grout was not completed, we have brown granite sink in the bathroom that was supposed to be white and gray, no storm door on the front door, and a front door that needs replacing because of the damage. We told him not to come back!

WE contracted with him, gave a work order of what needed to be done. He asked for a down payment, we paid $10,000.00 He started the work and never came back after 1 day on the job. He ripped out our stove and started demolition. He left all the demo in the house. I tried contacting him many times. He said he had a death in the family, another death. We went to his house and served a letter for our money back. He said he would get us a check. He gave multiple excuses, then we filed court papers. We went to court and won the case. WE were not the only ones he defrauded. At this time, we have not received any money on the awarded judgement.
