She treats you like you are the only customer when you are working with her. She is 100% attentive to my needs, very knowledgeable about the area and has my best interests at heart.

We interviewed different realtors and Jill was able to meet us with less than 36 hours notice. We appreciated her friendliness, knowledge and experience working with academic home owners.
We were moving very quickly because we had made an offer on a new home contingent on the sale of our former home.
In the initial consultation, we discussed how to market the house, established the price and she did a walkthrough of the house and made suggestions on improvements to be made. After the conversation, she submitted the residential listing data and took excellent photos (we got lots of compliments on those once our listing was released). She provided us with the current real estate activity in the area. She was very frank and straightforward about the improvements and repairs that needed to be done in order for the house to be attractive to potential buyers.
She regularly checked back with us while we painted, made repairs, etc., and recommended different companies in town to do the work we needed.
When the house was ready for the official listing to be made public, she arranged for a realtors lunch to be held at the house. This was extremely helpful for what still needed to be done to make the house more attractive to buyers.
She handled the open houses and scheduled tours.
Once an offer had been accepted, she coordinated the needed inspections and appointments.
Throughout the whole process, Jill was always easy to reach and was quick to reply if she wasn't able to answer her phone. She offered the constant encouragement we needed to make it through the process so quickly and successfully. She was absolutely a pleasure to work with!!
We have recommended her to friends and would definitely consider using her again if we decided to sell our current home.

Jill is truly unbelievable. She is responsive (arranged showings on an hour's notice twice), trustworthy, and knows the business inside and out. She is also very kind an pleasant, which made the whole process enjoyable and very stress free. Here's the story: My family relocated to Bloomington from Texas for a job. We knew almost nothing about the city or the Bloomington/Normal housing market. We also found that the buying process and housing construction in IL is quite different from TX. At every step in the process, Jill guided us. She set our expectations, communicated our options, and gave advice on how to approach making all the decisions involved in buying a house. She actually arranged to show us 6 houses on an hour's notice!!! She helped us see each house with the right perspective by pointing out issues and suggesting methods of resolving them if we were to buy the house. She is so experienced and knowledgeable that she could answer every one of our questions easily and thoroughly. We had A LOT of questions, and she was so patient with us. She was an amazing help during price negotiations. We were able to find our dream house at an unbelievable price. And I absolutely know that she is an honest realtor as one of the houses we were considering paid a higher commission to the buyer's agent. The seller's agent mentioned it a couple of times, and still Jill still suggested other properties instead of the one that would have paid her significantly more money. I can not recommend her enough!
