Description of Work: He's a licensed plumber, electrician and contractor. He just restored my downstairs room from flooding, which has always happened but was recently much more severe, and installed a sump pump to prevent future floods. He's very conscientious, knows his business, does a thorough job, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. He doesn't drive, so he may sometimes need transportation when his associates can't provide it.
