Diagnosis and suggestion of the manufacturer of was purchase and install their replacement lining which would be similar in cost and labor to installing a complete new unit. Hermes was completely up front with the options and alternatives. They ended up researching and performing repairs at less cost and with better, more durable parts than the manufacturer's originals. They were able to repair it and run it through checks to locate any other problems or potential future problems. 
 Every time they have come for a systems check or maintenance, they have been friendly, professional and tidied up. I would highly recommend them.

Bigger issue he stayed never got it fixed should have quit before he went on overtime

We are very pleased with the work performed. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was professional and courteous. On the first day of the install two installers showed up for the tear out. One person could not have done it alone. All of the work performed exceeded expectations. Before I made my decision to use Hermes I sought out 3 bids. Theirs was the highest of the 3 but I believe I received the best service and product for the money. I'm sure that if I had gone with another company I would not have been happy with the end result.

I am satisfied with their service. I will continue to use them in the future.

All dealings with these folks, owners, techs, dispatch and office have been excellent. I have always felt like whatever job Hermes did for us, we got all we paid for plus. We have never had a negative experience with this firm.

Thank you to Hermes Service and Sales!! We had just learned that our thermostat was part of a product recall and due to leaking batteries, the thermostat had stopped suddenly functioning and we were unable to turn on the air conditioner. After our repeated and extremely frustrating calls to the manufacturer in an attempt to have the recalled thermostat replaced, Hermes stepped in to help us! With 90-degree weather in the forecast, Hermes was at our home in a matter of hours and provided us with a thermostat that would allow us to use our air conditioning system while we wait for the replacement thermostat to arrive in the mail. Then, before he left the house, Joe, the repairman, called and asked if I would like him to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. This was very much appreciated, as we have two shih tzu dogs that do not tolerate the heat well. I would like to say thank you to everyone at Hermes, but especially Pete in the service department, who was very understanding, and Joe who came to the house to repair the thermostat. What Pete and Joe did to help us out went above and beyond what was required! We will definitely use this company again! Thank you all so much!!
