+ -1 moreThey are complete incompetents!! They managed to damage most of our large or heavy items; new stainless steel refrigerator, king-size TempurPedic matress, 2 Ethan Allen amoires, washing machine, dresser, 2 night stands, upright freezer, among other things. They stole 4 expensive rings which were sitting in the jewelry compartment of a dresser. I did a background check after the fact, and all 3 individuals had arrest records; one had 12 arrests in McLean and Champaign counties in the last 10 years, 2 for theft!! It would haver been much cheaper to hire professional movers that were experienced, had the necessary equipment, and were bonded and insured! I hope they don't read this and come after me!!
Description of Work: We hired the owner, his friend and his son to move large obects for a local move. They provide labor only; they are not insured and do not have a vehicle.
