Corn Belt Energy

The company that was hired to do the line clearance tree trimming destroyed some of my rare flowers, decimated my raspberry bush, drove right through my brick raised flower bed, causing significant damage. Endrizzi, the company that caused the damage, would not respond to my messages until I left them negative feedback and posted on their Facebook page. Then they I was told they would fix it, I was contacted by one of their workers that had been here when they caused the damages. He tried to blame someone else & would not take accountability. Apparently they accidentally leaked my number to the person responsible for the damages. I contacted Cornbelt and their customer service was excellent. They were very courteous and had the damages fixed right away, they said they will also give me a credit for the flowers and bushes that had been damaged. If your property is damaged by tree trimmers, I recommend not contacting them directly, Endrizzi was the most incompetent and least professional company I have ever dealt with, and I say that having decades of experience in construction. Corn belt has a very helpful and professional customer service department, I am very impressed.

Lots of power outages with no response from provider.
