The Chem Dry crew showed up right and time and had all of the work done in one hour.  They were easy to work with, professional and I thought their price was very competitive. I will definitely give them a call the next time I need their services.

Service technicians arrived 5 minutes ahead of scheduled time.  They set down blankets and towels to protect my wood floors and to cover that portion of the door left open so that the hose could travel from their truck into the house.  The cleaning really got the shag carpet to spring back.  I have several cats and a dog that all shed hair 12 months per year.  The amount of dirt and pet hair they removed was incredible.  I was promised that the carpets would dry in 4 to 6 hours and that was accurate.  The outdoor temperature was in the low 40's, it was sunny and the humidity was low.

I highly recommend Chem Dry of Central Illinois.  They will returning to my home annually to conduct a full cleaning.  My next service will be late spring or summer of 2016.

Have used these folks several times. Making appointment and scheduling is a breeze; they remind you of appointment. Prices are very reasonable. Quality is excellent; very detail oriented. My tile grout has never been cleaner.  I highly recommend.

Service was provided quickly, effectively and efficiently. They came in, clean, steamed, cleaned up and left no mess. The owner was very helpful and responsible.

The two guys that came gave us a very thorough estimate of what they saw and what needed to be done. They were on time and very polite. They worked very quickly and got out stains that I thought would never come out. I really appreciated their over all attitude and work ethic. They took my large area rug from my house and delivered it about a week later ( would have been sooner if I had been home).

I called on a Monday morning and left a message for an estimate. I received a return call quickly and they were able to get me in a couple of days later. I was given an amount of what I would pay and that is the amount I was charged the day the work was completed. My appointment was scheduled for between 1 and 1:15 and they were there right on time. They covered my floors and were very careful in the house. I was very impressed that as they were cleaning the chaise upstairs that he noticed right away that a red stain was not going to come out and told us so and asked if we wanted to continue with that piece. He took the time to explain the process and what to expect once it dried. I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work that was shown. The furniture dried in a few hours as we were told and we are very impressed with the results.I will use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

The owner is Todd Wilcox. I was putting the house in the market and so I was getting the carpets massively cleaned. They just did a real thorough job. The owner came out and he walked through with me. He gave me some options and talked about what the possibilities were because they can do sanitizing. He looked at my basement which doesn't have any padding and he talked about that, what we can and couldn't do. He really looked at my individuality of needs. He told me what he could do and followed through on it. I think he really did a good job.

We know them. We have used them several times. They are pretty reasonably priced. They always have coupons. We once had a leak in the family room, and they did water extraction and dried out a carpet. They did an excellent job with that. Our overall experience with them has been excellent. They will be coming out again next month.

My wife was pleased with everything that they did. Whatever they charged us was what they quoted us and it wasn't unreasonable for the amount we had them do.

It went awesome. I've used carpet cleaners in the past and they got stuff up that previous cleaners couldn't. They were very professional and courteous. They called in advance. I would recommend them.

Fantastic. They were very professional and very thorough. They found and treated stains, but the thing that amazed me most was that they were able to get out Play-Doh without leaving a stain!
