+ -1 moreI was very impressed with their punctuality and responsiveness. For various reasons, I needed same day service and called them at 11am... for a slightly higher fee, they were able to make it out in the afternoon. Grant came in and looked at everything in the unit and quickly determined it was just the thermostat. Quality service and very professional... we'll be calling Chambers again when we need them!
Description of Work: Refrigerator was warm but the freezer was working... they analyzed everything and determined it was the thermostat and replaced it.

+ 0 moreBrandon came to fix a washing machine which he had previously fixed in February 2017. He diagnosed it as needing a new bearing assembly which had to be ordered. At the second visit he installed the bearing assembly but told me to wait 24 hours before using the machine. The next day when I used it it still didn't work. So I think Brandon made a mistake in the diagnosis of the problem. Since this was the latest of many service calls for my bad washing machine I decided to just buy a new one rather than have Chambers do more work on it. Chambers agreed to refund the full service cost ($252) for these 2 visits which I think shows the exceptional professionalism of their business. So I'm quite happy with Chambers despite the fact this particular service visit wasn't ideal. I have used them in the past and I will use them again in the future,
